Minutes from recent meeting

Visit from the Gregory Brother's Recycling and Healthy Eating Roadshow. 

Friday 12th March 2010

Ellie and Owain helped us to find out about recycling and healthy eating. 

It was a great afternoon and we learnt lots.

In the summer term we had a visit from the people working at Sussed, the

Fair trade shop in Porthcawl.  The Eco Committe also went to visit the

shop and purchased some Fair trade items for our school.

School allotment

During this year the school has developed an allotment with the help from

Porthcawl Comprehensive school.  At the end of term we held a produce

market which was a great success.

We raised over £30 which will now be put to good use by the Eco council.
